As we develop as teachers, it stands to reason that our learners will also benefit and develop faster as a result. So shouldn't our own professional development be at the forefront of what we do? This session will follow the career story of the presenter and allow you to reflect on your own development and career with fellow participants. By asking thought provoking questions, we hope to have you think about areas of development that are open to you regardless of the stage in your career. You will hopefully leave with ideas of how you can make changes to develop yourself and your learners.
